Three years ago we pushed the envelope with Caribe Resort, people, including other area real estate agents said it would never sell. I had some of these very same agents calling me after it's completion just this past year for Caribe units at a hundred thousand dollars plus more than the original prices. Caribe was the first truly luxury resort condominium in our Gulf Shores, Orange Beach area, and it set the standard in many ways.
